It’s not as famous as Naejangsan’s main peak, which honestly makes it even better, no crowds, just nature and chill. The trail starts off easy, winding through peaceful forest, and then gradually ramps up with a few steep bits to keep it interesting. What I loved most? The silence. It’s one of those hikes where you actually hear the wind in the trees and your own footsteps. Super refreshing. Along the way, you get some awesome views of the surrounding mountains, and once you hit the top, it’s just... wow. Panoramic scenery, fresh air, and space to breathe. We took our time, snapped a ton of photos, and just soaked it all in. If you’re into peaceful hikes with rewarding views but want to skip the tourist crowd, Baekamsan’s a hidden gem worth checking out. Pure mountain therapy.
