The Jeju Western Agricultural Technology Center is an agricultural research and training facility located in the Hallim area. However, in autumn, it's also known as a photogenic free spot, thanks to the vibrant colors of fall flowers like cockscombs and cosmos. The breathtaking scenery of the cockscomb fields and palm tree-lined streets is particularly captivating.
