Just got back from Jeju, listen to my honest opinion

✈️ With the attitude of traveling during the off-peak season of Labor Day, and after watching "All That We Couldn't Leave Behind," we came to Jeju Island again. Here are some pros and cons of traveling to Jeju Island: visa-free, it only takes a little over an hour to fly from Shanghai to Jeju Island, air tickets and accommodations are very cheap, shopping and dining are convenient, most restaurants and shops have Chinese, of course, we also encountered restaurants that don't welcome Chinese people, and impatient bus drivers... But overall, traveling in Jeju is not bad, when I really can't think of anywhere else to go, I can go again hahaha! 💙Pre-trip preparation: passport, adapter plug (European round pin), Wi-Fi or phone card, power strip, KRW (prepare according to an average of RMB 1,500 per person), download software: Baidu Maps, Youdao Translate, Uber taxi. 💙Jeju Island's travel routes can be divided into: downtown, east line, south line, and west line. The downtown area is mainly for shopping, dining, and accommodation. The east line mainly includes Udo Island, Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak, Seopjikoji, Hamdeok, and Woljeongri, etc. The south line is mainly in the Seogwipo direction, and the west line is the Aewol-eup Cafe Street. 💜Day1: Shanghai - Jeju Island, Aewol-eup, Shilla Duty Free There are so many cafes in Aewol-eup, and several popular cafes are concentrated here. ☕HaruFilm (Jejuaewol) Cafe: mainly check in at the blue road sign, it is said that the cafe has a bad attitude, so we won't go in 🍲Noraba Seafood Noodle: closed from 2pm–3pm, you can get a number in advance 🍗Lunch: BHC Fried Chicken, the fried chicken is very large, two people can't finish one serving 🍖Dinner: Hayeogeum Black Pork, a very popular barbecue restaurant, the price is a bit expensive 💜Day2: Seogwipo, Baojian Road Pedestrian Street 🚌Transportation: Bus 600 🌵Jusangjeolli Cliff: Stone pillars formed by the cooling of lava ejected from Hallasan Mountain into the shallow sea, the scenery is very good. ☕Cafe Tangerine Flower Attic: Tangerine coffee shop, you must order one cup of coffee per person, there is a tangerine forest behind the coffee shop which is great for taking pictures 🍡Seogwipo Maeil Olle Market: The place where the male and female protagonists set up a street stall to sell vegetables in "All That We Couldn't Leave Behind", it is much smaller than Dongmun Market. 🍣Lunch: Olle Market 🍲Dinner: Jeju Pork Bone Potato Soup 💜Day3: Udo Island Day Trip, Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak, Chilseongro Shopping Street, Dongmun Market 🛥️Transportation: Take bus 201 from the long-distance bus terminal to Seongsan Port and transfer to a ferry to Udo Island Udo Island: A must-go place to visit Jeju Island. The ferry runs every half hour and takes 15 minutes to reach Udo Island. You can rent a bicycle or electric scooter to circle the island. There are two ports on the island. Pay attention to the time of the last ferry. The same canola flower field as in "All That We Couldn't Leave Behind" is on Udo Island. Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak: A place to watch the sunrise, there is a Haenyeo show at 2pm 🦑Lunch: Flying Fish Island Haenyeo Restaurant, shellfish and seafood caught by the Haenyeo themselves, the price is a bit expensive, you can try it 🐟Dinner: Dongmun Market, for the unforgettable beltfish sashimi 💜Day4: Lotte Duty Free, Jeju Hyanggyo, Yongduam Rock, Jeju Mokgwana, Jeju Island - Shanghai The closest beach to the city is Yongduam Rock. There is also a hiking route nearby. Unexpectedly, we found the place where Park Bo-gum and IU took a photo in Jeju Mokgwana. 🍲Lunch: MakSoe/Maekso Pig Intestine Expert 🍖Dinner: Barbecue restaurant near the hotel 🎈Accommodation: Samhaein Hotel The hotel is about 1.8 km from the airport and only a few hundred meters from Lotte Duty Free. You can also walk to Baojian Road Pedestrian Street and Shilla Duty Free.
