Athabasca Glacier (Columbia Icefield) — ❄️ Most Popular for Young Travelers 📍 Between Lake Louise & Jasper (1.5–2 hrs north of Banff) 🚍 Glacier bus tours let you actually walk on the glacier (very Instagrammable!) 🚶 You can also hike up to the toe of the glacier for free — a short, steep walk with powerful views. 🧠 Educational signs show how much the glacier has melted → great for eco-minded travelers.
