During my time in Kyoto, we were lucky enough to have a perfect weather day, so my family and I decided to go to Soga River, far from the crowds, to find a quieter cherry blossom spot. The cherry blossom tunnel along Soga River stretches for several kilometers, and it was in full bloom when we arrived. Unlike some popular spots that are packed with tourists, this place was filled mostly with local residents leisurely walking or walking their dogs.
