This is a group of samurai residences located about 5 minutes from Izumi city. As a key location for the Satsuma clan, many samurai skilled in swordsmanship were enrolled and practiced swordsmanship. It is said that it was a samurai from Izumi who assassinated Ii Naosuke in the Sakuradamon Incident. On this day, a magnificent stage for Hinamatsuri was set up. From the fourth picture, Kajikaso, which can be reached by driving into the mountains from Izumi city. Driving into the mountains from Izumi city, it is located at the end of a very narrow road. I was able to enter the hot spring for a day trip for 300 yen. There are two hot springs, but I recommend the upper one. The thick spring water made my skin smooth.
