Huangshan

Arrived at Huangshan North at noon on the first day, checked into the hotel and had lunch, then went to Emerald Valley in the afternoon. Since we stayed near Emerald Valley, it was just a few minutes' walk. Emerald Valley is very beautiful, and I recommend visiting if you have enough time. It is the filming location of Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. On the second day, we set off for Huangshan at 7:30 AM. We went up from the back mountain and down from the front mountain. We went on a Friday, so there weren't many people. We took the bus and queued for about ten minutes for the cable car. The queue for the Xihai small train was a bit longer, about twenty minutes, and it cost 100 yuan per person. Yungu Cableway up → Shixin Peak → Black Tiger Peak → Beihai Hotel → Xihai Hotel → Paiyun Tower → Paiyun Pavilion → Xihai → First Ring → Second Ring → Valley Bottom → Small Train → Tianhai → Hundred-step Cloud Ladder → Lotus Pavilion → (Welcoming Pine) → Yuping Cableway → Bus back It was very tiring for the feet after a whole day. Those who are not physically fit will find it very exhausting, so it can be done over two days with an overnight stay on the mountain. The scenery in Xihai is very beautiful. The paths of the First and Second Rings are narrow, with a mountain on one side and a grand canyon on the other. Tiandu Peak has a daily limit of 3000 people. Those who are timid or not physically fit should give up decisively. We set off at 7:30 AM and returned around 4 PM, completing the entire trip.
