The volcano ribs are delicious

We met a friend who lives in Tsuen Wan to have dinner together. We chose a newly opened Thai restaurant: 🇹🇭Thai Raw Shrimp Sashimi (8 pieces) ($148) The raw shrimp has an ice bag as a base, which can keep fresh and will not make the shrimp meat soaked in ice water 👍🏻 The shrimp meat is quite crispy and bouncy, dipped in raw shrimp juice and eat, sour and spicy quite tasty 😋 🇹🇭Shrimp Rice Paper Roll ($68) Rice paper rolls are wrapped with lots of vegetables, they taste fresh and crispy, and the prawns have a texture. Add a little fish sauce to eat together even more delicious😋 🇹🇭Volcano Pork Ribs (Small) ($118) The ribs are piled into a volcanic shape, really fit the name of the dish😆 The portion of ribs is not small, stewed and soft and seasoned, bite by bite of meat so eat very happy😋 Sour and spicy soup added a lot of onions and garlic, along with the ribs together to eat really very appetizing and delicious🤤 The restaurant also provides disposable gloves for diners to enjoy, do not be afraid to dirty your hands, convenient and hygienic👍🏻 Recommended👍🏻 🇹🇭 Signature Crab Meat Lap Sausage Fried Rice ($128) The fried rice is fried with crab meat, sausage, asparagus and cherry shrimp. It tastes very fragrant and has a rich taste😋.
