Diamond Hill Putian

Today I went shopping at Hollywood Plaza in Diamond Hill. When it was time for dinner, I thought of Putian, which has stable standards and good value for money. The restaurant is designed in light blue, with chandeliers, a large sense of space, two to four people can sit next to the counter, quiet and very comfortable, and the clerk is very active, usually eye contact will come away. We ordered two cold plates: ~ Iced South African Bacon $68: The bacon is fresh and bouncy and served with a light sauce that doesn’t rob the freshness of the bacon. ~ Homemade Pork Hoof Ice $68: The pork hoof is small and served with a sweet and sour sauce for an appetizing pre-meal snack. Putian has 6 signature oyster dishes, $209 to choose from two of them, we chose the nine-story pagoda oyster and hometown oyster soup. ~ Nine-story pagoda oysters: Very crispy, I myself love the aroma of nine-story pagoda, this dish is great as a pre-meal snack or served with wine. ~ Hometown Oyster Soup: The oysters inside are very fat and big, with vegetables such as tomatoes and cauliflower, which is suitable for people who like to eat lightly. The staff is very attentive and takes the initiative to bring pepper, which matches the soup. I like the soup myself 👍🏻. I think the pairing of these two oyster dishes I chose is very good, one is fragrant and the other is fresh. 😄 ~ Chicoon Duck $98: This is my other recommendation, taro and duck are friends, many people will use them both to make taro stewed duck, but it will be more like an elderly dish. Also taro and duck, this taro duck feels much younger, the chef removes the duck from the meat and fry it with the taro puree, which is a trendy and delicious way. ~ Osmanthus and Chan Pi Stewed Pear $48: After eating taro duck, and want to eat something clear and moist, stewed pear is best However, it is not too sweet, and with osmanthus fragrance, and a little peel, very suitable for these weather.
