Putian is a Fujianese restaurant originating in Singapore. The Hollywood Plaza branch is quite bright and clean, with a wide choice of dishes and fresh seafood as the theme according to the season. Our theme this time is yellow flower fish. The pepper was very fragrant and wouldn't have a spicy word. Ordered the pepper and salt pork hands and it was very crispy and delicious, eating full of collagen. I saw someone recommend taro duck as a must-order dish in Putian, and it was a surprise. The cooking method should be quite skillful, the outer layer is a little crispy, the taro is soft and powdery enough, and the duck meat is fragrant enough.
