New seafood-themed Chinese restaurant "Ba Yi Yu Ba" officially opens at Harbour City

Bayi Yuba - a new seafood-themed Chinese restaurant, is now officially opened in Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui. Guests are welcome to the restaurant, pass the entrance of the fish tank with active fish, sit in the comfortable main hall, and admire the Victoria Harbour view while enjoying the creative seafood delicacies designed by the chef. Different from other seafood restaurants that have preset cooking methods for each ingredient, Bayi Yuba leaves the decision to the customers, allowing them to choose according to their own tastes from the cooking methods designed by the chef based on the characteristics of the ingredients, so they can decide how much or how little they want. The restaurant's menu is currently classified by seafood type, including crabs, lobsters, shellfish and shrimps, which come from local and global fish markets, with a total of more than 30 basic styles; in addition, a daily chef's selection will also be provided. Other delicacies such as appetizers, barbecued dishes, main dishes, etc. fully demonstrate the chef's creative ideas. The restaurant is run by chef Zhang Wei Zhong, who is from Singapore. He is good at integrating lively global cuisine elements into traditional Cantonese cuisine, and his innovative ideas immediately give seafood a whole new look. Black pepper baked crab "Crab" is one of Chef Zhang's specialties.
