This staycation at the Hong Kong Youth Hotel, included dinner at the Mall Cafe in the lobby, because it was during the festival, the table was also prepared with small gifts, some party utensils, it was a surprise! The restaurant's seating is very spacious, the serving speed is very appropriate, after the starter seafood plate, the waiter will wait for us to finish eating before serving the main course, will not put everything on the table at once! So let’s talk about this seafood platter with longlegs, lobsters, small lobsters, mussels and more. Everything is very fresh and tasty. I didn't expect the quality to be so good! One main course ordered tomato pork chop baked rice, the other ordered superfood salad. The sauce for the tomato pork chop rice was very tasty, but the pork chop was a little dry, which was a bit of a pity! The salad was superb, with my favorite avocado and kale, apple squash bits and quinoa. #HongKongFood
