My Personal Experience at The Salisbury - YMCA of Hong Kong Buffet Dinner

I previously visited The Salisbury - YMCA of Hong Kong in Tsim Sha Tsui for a buffet dinner. The place is very spacious and crowded. There are various types of food, including chilled lobster, lobster clams, halibut, slow-cooked abalone, and lobster clams with e-fu noodles. Most of the food tastes pretty good, and the dishes worth recommending are the chilled lobster, steamed halibut, and slow-cooked abalone. First, I recommend the chilled lobster because it is crisp and chewy with a strong lobster flavor. Therefore, the chilled lobster is my top recommendation. The steamed halibut is also one of my recommended dishes because the halibut is very fresh, tender, and delicious. The slow-cooked abalone is another recommended dish because the abalone is tender, chewy, and has a rich flavor, making it very tasty. As for areas of improvement, the lobster clams with e-fu noodles need improvement because the noodles are too salty and not tasty, and the lobster clams lack freshness and are not very good. Besides these issues, most of the other food tastes good, and the staff are friendly. I hope to have the opportunity to enjoy the buffet here again next time.
