Michelin Starred Cantonese Fine Dining

#chinaadventures I don’t know what I love more here. The ambiance or the food. Both blew me away. The space is moody and theatrical, with dark interiors, brick walls, hanging lanterns, and layered rooms that feel more like a hidden club than a traditional Chinese restaurant. The menu focuses on elevated Cantonese cuisine with an emphasis on technique and premium ingredients. Mott 32 is especially known for its Peking duck, which must be reserved in advance, as well as dishes that blend classic flavors with modern presentation.
