📍Lúa, Causeway Bay After waiting for about two weeks, I finally booked an outdoor location that is great for taking pictures and hung with lanterns. It just so happened that sitting outdoors that day was not too cold. Once inside, it was like going to the Hoi An Lantern Festival in Vietnam! Use colorful lanterns and Vietnamese characteristic hats as backgrounds and props to take pictures 🫶🫶 (Pictures 1 & 2) We specially ordered a Christmas limited dish (available until January 2 only) - Lemongrass Lemon Leaf Baked Vietnamese Farm Girl's Chicken. (Figure 3) ▐ Pork Spring Rolls $42 ▐ (Pictures 4 & 5) The spring rolls are made in his own factory in Vietnam, packed with minced pork, carrot strips, wood ear and vermicelli, wrapped in mesh paper and fried. The flavor is rich, the mesh paper is crisper than the texture of rice paper! ▐ Hanoi Lemon Noodle Platter (Bun Cha Nuong) $145▐ (pictures 6, 7 & 8) The lemon noodles, served with pork loin skewers, meatballs, lettuce and bay leaves, are well seasoned and very tender, mixed with a salty citrus-flavored sour sauce for a delicious taste. ▐ Lemongrass Lemon Leaf Baked Vietnamese Farm Girl’s Chicken $388▐ (Pictures 9~13) The roast chicken is seasoned only with lemon leaves and black pepper, stuffed with lemongrass inside and outside, wrapped in banana leaves and toasted with salt. Once removed the strong aroma, the chicken is tender and juicy, all the essence is reabsorbed into the soft and juicy chicken. Served with salad and their special seafood sauce, very appetizing🫶. ▐ Frozen Vietnamese 100% Cane Juice with Salted Citrus $42▐ (Image 14 & 15) Sugarcane juice is naturally freshly squeezed, and the rich flavor of salty citrus balances the sweetness of sugarcane juice for a sweet taste.
