Check in at Causeway Bay for first-class marshmallow Wagyu Sukiyaki😋

I saw this restaurant on IG for a long time 🥹🥹 Finally came with Gigi to try their photo-candy cotton sukiyaki 🫶🫶 Ichitaki’s sukiyaki is Kanto style with A4 Miyazaki wagyu beef and assorted vegetables. Of course we add cotton candy😍. The wagyu beef is very tender, a strong large piece, dipped in raw eggs together can balance the sweetness of the sauce. Every bite is touchingly delicious🤤! I also ordered seasonal sashimi and other appetizers. All very fresh. Each slice of sashimi has a smooth texture and a burst of freshness! Sushi is served with a spoon. The tuna fillet and seaweed are smooth and creamy, so delicious! I love toss in spring onions and black caviar for a boost of freshness. The cucumber kombu stain is very fresh, the white strips are Japanese yam, sweet and sticky, and the grapefruit juice makes this appetizer more delicious🤤🤤 Finally, we ordered two Ichitaki puddings, which were caramel puddings that didn’t taste dead sweet and were very smooth!
