If you eat too much Western American steakhouse, you may feel that it is boring. Last week, I celebrated my birthday early with my friend. I took her who loves steak to an Argentinian steakhouse in Sheung Wan to experience what Argentinian cuisine is. (´ε｀ ) - The restaurant is located on the ground floor of Sheung Wan Hotel. Although there are not many seats, the interior decoration is quite stylish, simple and bright. The lunch set menu is from $148 to $278, including a meal package, appetizer, main course and side dishes. You can add desserts and upgrade drinks. If you like to drink, you can choose to add $100 for unlimited wine. 🔻🔻🔻🔻🔻 ✨ Chorizo The appetizer is Argentine sausage. Two slices of fried pork sausage are greasy and not too greasy♪(´ε｀ ) Dip in Argentine chimichurri sauce. It is a unique Argentine green sauce made of Parsley and Oregano, plus shallots, garlic, and olive oil. It has a fresh aroma and tastes a bit spicy!🌶️ - ✨ Beef Empanada It looks like a giant dumpling🥟 The fried skin is crispy and full of butter aroma. It is full of minced beef. It is tasty and not too salty. Add a little chili sauce. It is a very traditional Argentine snack. Recommended!🌟 - ✨ Skirt ($288) & 10oz Sirloin Steak ($238) For the main course, we chose the flank muscle steak and sirloin steak🥩 Skirt Steak is a tricky part of steak. It is a piece of muscle taken out from the diaphragm. It is a thin and long steak with dense fat and a chewy texture!😋 - The sirloin steak has a stronger meat flavor and not too much fat. My friends and I prefer the rich meat flavor of sirloin. The steak is also served with Argentinian parsley sauce. They don’t dip it in black pepper sauce/onion sauce. It is a traditional and classic combination! 👍 - ✨ Skinny Fries & Sauteed Mushrooms The side dishes include French fries and mushrooms 🍟 The portion is small, the French fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the fried mushrooms are quite tasty. It's quite satisfactory~ - ✨ Chocolate Alfajor (+$38) Desserts are a must for birthday celebrations!🎂 We chose traditional chocolate sandwich cookies. The chocolate is rich and mellow🍫 but not too sweet. Paired with vanilla ice cream~ The handwritten happy birthday font is so cute. The overall service is also good.
