Taking advantage of his beloved Snoopy event and the beautiful view of Victoria Harbour, he gave me a thrilling and happy staycation experience. For this Snoopy event, the hotel decorated the room very beautifully, and I can only praise it highly. There are many Snoopy scenes in the hotel, such as screens, tents, Snoopy lights, Snoopy cups, Snoopy towels, etc. Although these were not free but just gifts, they decorated the room very beautifully and kept it clean and tidy. The hotel also gave us a bag of Snoopy products, which included Snoopy cups, Snoopy towels, etc., and my wife also received a birthday souvenir from the hotel on her birthday. These services provided by the hotel are amazing. The most thrilling thing is that we accidentally broke the Snoopy cup in the hotel. Since these scenery were not free, compensation may be required. But after we reported the issue to the customer service manager, the response from the customer service was courteous, which only comforted us. They told us that we didn't have to pay compensation, and that we could tell them if we were dissatisfied with the hotel. We just had to fill out a questionnaire to report our feelings that day. I think it's rare for customer service to handle it this way, many hotels wouldn't be so generous, because this event was in cooperation with other companies, the hotel has suffered losses and needs to compensate the company. I am very satisfied with their attitude of letting bygones be bygones, and the customer service rating can only be said to be full marks. As for the view of Victoria Harbour, if you choose to stay at Harbour Central Victoria Harbour Hong Kong, you must choose a sea view suite, which is the best choice. Because of the beautiful scenery, although it is different from the sea view suites at Discovery Bay Hotel, it has another kind of comfortable feeling of sea view. It's like the difference between a city sea view and a suburban sea view. Looking at the sea view gives you a comfortable feeling of looking down at Hong Kong Island and the ocean. One can't help but admire it. If you want to look at Tsim Sha Tsui and Victoria Harbour, I highly recommend this hotel. When it comes to the buffet, that's the only thing that detracts a little. We chose to have the buffet breakfast and waited a long time to be seated. The waiter handled the seating arrangement poorly. But it didn't matter because they didn't rush us to leave in the end. In terms of food quantity, I think it's too little and the variety is definitely not enough, I also see a lot of people eating the same food over and over again. I think the food variety in a hotel is important, but this hotel didn't satisfy us, and the drinks variety was relatively limited. Compared to Discovery Bay Hotel and W M Hotel, it is really much worse. If I have the chance, I will share my experience of W M Hotel with you again. As for the food quality, although the quantity and variety are relatively small, the quality is actually quite good. If you don’t have too many requirements for variety, the breakfast buffet of this hotel is acceptable. But I think the food needs to be kept warm better, as some of their foods that need to be hot, such as hash browns and porridge, became frozen because they were left for too long. As for the room quality, they have the same problem as Discovery Bay Hotel, that is, the TV is too old! Although they have expanded their TV program selection this time, it still does not support mobile phone connections. I think that connecting a mobile phone to a TV is a basic facility in a five-star hotel, even the WM Hotel in Saigon is better than these two hotels in terms of TV. But apart from the TV, the rest of the room facilities are perfect. Their bathtub also faces the Victoria Harbour, and bathing while looking at the Victoria Harbour is a different experience. I love their body wash, shampoo, and face cleanser. These three things are very important to ladies. The quality they provide is high-end, which makes my wife and I satisfied. The environment and facilities in their hotel are also very clean, and the bedding is so comfortablethat you can fall asleep immediately.  In summary, I think the Snoopy event was a success and the buffet was also up to standard. I am also satisfied with the facilities in the hotel room. The only regret is that I didn’t get to experience the swimming pool because it was closed due to the epidemic...
