Lai Chi Chong, a leisurely getaway 😎🤩

It's located in Sai Kung West Country Park, lies on the southeast coast of Tolo Channel. We started from Pak Sha O, walked through a very nice trail, paved, so perfect for beginner and family👨‍👩‍👧‍👦, even when the whether is hot because it's shaded by trees 🌳🌳🌳🌳and with stream at some points makes it even more refreshing. It's about 3.5km long hiking. Along the trail some benches for🪑🪑 stopping by to take a rest and enjoy our snacks. After a walk, we stop at the beach which is close to the pier. Before arriving at the beach🏖, we met some campers 🏕 there. The beach is not big and there was nobody there when we arrived so it's like having our private beach for a day 😊. Important to note, it will be saved to wear water shoes if you want to go into the water, for the beach is rocky with so many shell fragments. The rest, the water is fresh, air is fresh, what a day 🤩🤩 The main attraction in this place is the natural volcanic 🌋rock formations by the shoreline. This sedimentation were formed and turned into a rugged beach. There we can find an expanse of vibrantly coloured minerals and sediments. From the pier, there's a ferry to Ma Liu Shui (please check the timetable) We took the same trail going back for it's much closer to our place. #hiking #seaview #geopark #nature
