Don't forget to order! ♡ Bashi De Ban [120-minute all-you-can-eat] $398/person ✧ Add $10/person for Friday to Sunday, public holidays, and the eves thereof 🌶🐔 Hot pot soup bases are available in either single or double pots. This time, I tried the newly recommended Spicy Boiled Fish Hotpot and Herbal Chicken Hotpot. The Boiled Fish Hotpot, with its black fish fillet, was fresh, fragrant, numbing, and spicy, but not too spicy. The Herbal Chicken Hotpot had a rich herbal flavor, and the broth was sweet and savory. 🐮 Of course, the beef was the highlight, so I opted for the Bashi De Ban 120-minute all-you-can-eat option, which offers 37 items for a limited time. Order by scanning the QR code. The Australian Wagyu Shoulder and the Ultra-Rare Grain-Fed Beef Fillet are my favorites. The Australian Wagyu Shoulder is well-marbled and richly fatty. The ultra-rare grain-fed Fengmen Beef Fillet is rich in beef flavor, and both options are a great value. Lamb lovers shouldn't miss the lamb shoulder, which has a subtle mutton flavor, a balanced balance of fat and lean meat, and is easy to eat. The American chicken thigh is also my favorite, with tender, smooth meat and a delicious flavor. ✨ The restaurant's cold side dishes are also quite appealing, and the six small plates are not to be missed, including spicy shredded pig ears, sesame sauce shredded chicken with vermicelli noodles, cold konjac noodles, spicy and sour lettuce and potato shreds, red oil wontons, and peppercorn beef.
