High Quality Crab Cakes Burger Shop

Mr Crab in Wan Chai is a restaurant in Captain House. This time, after strolling along Lee Tung Street, I went there for lunch with my friends. Since there were only two of us and we had tried the seafood bag from Captain House, we ordered the A la carte option this time. There are five signature crab cakes, which are fried until golden and crispy, and you can taste the crab meat. The texture is very satisfying with each bite, and the taste is also fresh and fragrant. It tastes very good. The salmon tartar was not too big in portion, but the seasoning was just right. The salmon was fresh and plump, and the sour sauce neutralized it, making it very refreshing overall. There are also two slices of toast that can be eaten with the tartar, and the two textures complement each other very well. For the main course, we ordered the lava cheese beef burger. The burger was really big, the bamboo charcoal burger bun was baked crispy, and there was semi-melted cheese on the surface, which looked attractive. It tastes more salty and fragrant. The beef burger was very filling. We ordered medium rare, so the burger was very juicy, with rich beef flavor and sweet fat. It also came with a lot of fries as a side dish. I was already full after eating half a burger. Another main course is the black truffle shrimp cream pappardelle. The pappardelle has a texture and is covered with thick black truffle cream sauce. It is fragrant and rich, and full of the aroma of black truffle. There is also a lot of shrimp meat, which is chewy and tastes good.
