Located on the first floor, the glass-roofed restaurant retains the original rooftop watchtower, which was historically used by the marine police to monitor pirates. The restaurant is named after this historical feature. Now redesigned into an elegant restaurant with a glasshouse concept, it features colonial-style decor and exquisite bentwood furniture donated by the China Tee Club.
