This is my second time here. Last time I brought my mother to the dinner all-you-can-eat menu, and this time I brought my sister to the lunch all-you-can-eat menu to celebrate her promotion and salary increase. As soon as we sat down, we felt a gust of cold wind. The sashimi was served cold, so it got colder the more we ate🥶. In the end, we couldn’t stand it anymore and left after eating for about an hour😢. I originally requested to change seats, but was refused on the grounds that the table was already reserved. However, when I left, there were still a lot of seats without occupants. 🐟Sashimi: Mainly eat large and medium toro, which are cut thicker than salmon. Whether it is the pink medium toro or the white large toro, the taste is similar. Although it does not melt in the mouth, it has a strong sense of fat and a lighter fish taste. Other highlights include the pond fish and hamachi, which are plump and tender, and the snow crab legs, which are as fresh and sweet as those in a buffet. As for other dishes, such as sea bream, giant red shrimp, sweet shrimp, salmon, Thai raw shrimp, Canadian sea urchin, pomelo anchovy tartar, etc., they are all good. 🍣Sushi: White truffle toro is a must-try for truffle lovers, its aroma is more prominent than black truffle, Mentaiko toro is normal, wasabi wagyu is average, grilled toro is not grilled enough for fish oil aroma, sea urchin swordfish belly has no taste. 🧆Fried food: I only had double skin milk that day, the milky taste was average. 🍢Skewers: American thinly grilled beef 🥩 is the thickest 😍, with some food mixed in to increase the taste, 🍍thick-cut pineapple is sweet enough, ox tongue is burnt enough, and chicken cartilage is cooked normally. 🥢Other snacks: The spicy crayfish is quite spicy😋 and tasty, the beef tenderloin in Japanese sauce is above average with a strong black pepper flavor👍🏻, the abalone in sauce is average, the fried crab in the typhoon shelter has little meat, but the fried squid😍 is great, with less batter and fried crispy enough, and the fried clams with drum pepper are normal. 🧁Desserts: I left room for some desserts this time, 🥲 but the quality needs to be improved.
