Hidden Burger Joint in Sai Kung

A day trip to Sai Kung mainly for food hunting turned out to be a delightful experience. We tried several famous eateries and were very satisfied. Unexpectedly, we stumbled upon this burger joint, Burger Time, which I highly recommend! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 All the burgers here are handmade, including the burger patties, which are made from freshly purchased beef. You can choose from a variety of sauces for your burger, such as BBQ sauce, chili sauce, ketchup, and mustard. 🩷 🍔 Classic Beef Burger ($75) 🍔 Mushroom Beef Burger ($80) The burgers here are generously portioned and attract a lot of attention from passersby while you're eating. 😅 The buns are pan-fried to a golden crisp, and the fillings are rich and satisfying! I especially recommend the beef burger. The patty is thick, homemade, and bursting with beefy flavor. It's juicy and pairs perfectly with fresh, crunchy lettuce, grilled onions, pickles, and more. The Mushroom Beef Burger, which costs $5 more, includes cheddar cheese and mushrooms, making it even more flavorful. 😉 🍔 Chicken Burger ($70) Our helper doesn't eat beef, so she ordered the chicken burger. She said the seasoning was just right, and the portion was large and satisfying. 😗 We also ordered some sides to share, all freshly made to order: 🧀 Italian Mozzarella Cheese Sticks ($45/5pc) Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. A must-try for cheese lovers. 🐙 Calamari ($45) Generous portion, though slightly over-fried and a bit dry. 🐔 Chicken Wings (6pc $45) Golden and tender, with juicy meat retained. 🍟 French Fries (Large $35) Freshly fried and especially delicious, crispy and flavorful.
