The Town Hall features facilities such as a concert hall, cultural activities hall, exhibition gallery, and lecture rooms. In August 2025, during the summer vacation, a small exhibition, the Baby Theatre, was located at the entrance of the Town Hall. It featured several display panels and a display of dolls from ancient and modern times, both Chinese and foreign. Inside the Town Hall, there was a painting depicting Tsuen Wan in the 1980s. There was a cafe on the lower level of the Town Hall, which remained open in the evenings.
