The mushrooms were stir-fried fresh and juicy. The black truffle scrambled eggs paired very well with the Italian bread, making the meal very satisfying. The only suggestion is that the cheese sticks could be fried crispier for a more perfect texture. Unexpectedly, they use 🐟 mackerel fillet, which is rare for coffee shops. The chicken chop was pan-fried to a fragrant and flavorful perfection, tender with a rich chicken taste and slight juiciness. The curry sauce had a unique flavor that went perfectly with the rice and surprisingly complemented the fresh taste of the mackerel very well, making the whole meal quite a delightful surprise!
