High-quality omakase in Tsim Sha Tsui

Last week during my holiday, I visited @kuno_hk in Tsim Sha Tsui to enjoy their omakase 😋😋 The restaurant specializes in premium chef-curated omakase 🎌, offering various price packages! This time, I tried their lunch set and found it to be very cost-effective ❤️❤️ - 🍣Omakase Dusk $588/person✨ - 🔅Appetizers Includes chawanmushi, miso soup, and salad. The chawanmushi was silky smooth 🥚, and the salad was fresh and crisp 🥗—perfect as a starter! 🔅Four kinds of sashimi Includes thinly sliced red snapper, Hyogo Prefecture oysters, kinmedai sashimi, and salmon roe with sea urchin cup. My favorite was the "thinly sliced red snapper🐟"! The snapper was wrapped around sweet shrimp paste and shiso flowers, and dipped in tangy sauce before eating, creating a rich flavor 🤤🤤 🔅Six pieces of sushi 🔸White salmon 🔸Kagoshima amberjack 🔸Mackerel 🔸Black cod 🔸Toro 🔸Sea urchin Each sushi piece was delicious, but my top pick was the "sea urchin sushi💛"! Wrapped in nori and filled with creamy sea urchin, it was rich, flavorful, and incredibly fresh 😋😋 🔅Udon The udon noodles were springy and coated in sauce, topped with a sweet piece of tofu skin. Eating it warmed me up instantly♨!! 🔅Dessert Dessert was chocolate ice cream, which had a smooth texture and a rich chocolate flavor 🍫!
