One of my favorite Taiwanese-style spots

Started out in a small alley in Mong Kok Heibu Alley now has more and more branches And they regularly add new items Every visit brings a different surprise✨ 🍴Slow-roasted chicken thigh cheese egg toast The toast is honestly a must-order every time. The chicken thigh is thick and tender. I especially love the egg when it’s runny, bursting with juice and making the whole toast more moist🥪 🍴Meat thick soup with vermicelli 🍴Tofu soup Both are new dishes and quite flavorful choices, especially the house-made garlic chili sauce, which is super fragrant🌶️ The meat thick soup with vermicelli is very generous in portion, thick and rich, with a few meatballs inside. The tofu soup has two large pieces of Taiwanese-style stinky tofu in the middle, giving it a very authentic feel, though it can be a bit greasy🤏🏻 🍴Cheese tuna corn egg pancake Does anyone eat egg pancakes when traveling in Taiwan?! That’s me🙂↕️ This cheese tuna corn pancake is my standard order, and it’s even thicker and bigger than what I had in Taiwan. I like the slightly moist texture. The salty cheese and tuna paired with sweet corn🌽 is amazing 🍴Handmade fresh milk warabi mochi I usually eat taro balls, but this is my first time trying fresh milk warabi mochi, and it was quite a surprise. The texture is soft and chewy, topped with soybean powder, matcha sauce, and matcha crisps, giving it a bit of a Japanese vibe🍡 There are also roasted tea and sesame flavors to choose from The drinks are mainly Taiwanese-style. I ordered winter melon tea and iced Dong Ding oolong. The flavors are good, not too sweet, and feel healthier🍵
