When I saw this cafe in Jordan offering Dubai chocolate soufflé, I came to dine. Besides the dessert, I also ordered 2 main dishes and 2 drinks. The Carbonara Fettuccine 🍝 is not too soft; each strand is well coated with sauce, full of creamy egg yolk. The pasta is mixed with flavorful bacon 🥓 and mushrooms 🍄🟫. There are also thin strips of chili 🌶️ added, enhancing the pasta's spiciness and aroma, making the flavor richer. The all-day breakfast is very hearty, with fresh salad 🥗, garlic 🧄 mushrooms, a small cup of granola, three slices of smoked salmon, smooth and delicate avocado 🥑, soft and moist scrambled eggs 🍳, sausage, and waffles 🧇 that are crispy outside and soft inside. The Dubai Chocolate Soufflé is beautifully plated. The soufflé pancakes are airy, very soft, and have an egg aroma. The chocolate sauce is not too sweet. Crispy pistachio flakes paired with Belgian chocolate 🍫 pieces and soft pancakes make the overall texture very rich.
