Romantic Journey to a Starry-Themed Restaurant

For my best friend's birthday, I took her to a very special restaurant located in Tsim Sha Tsui, which is super convenient to get to. As soon as we entered, she was captivated by the starry-themed decor of the restaurant—it was incredibly romantic! Every spot was beautifully designed, perfect for taking photos, and the ambiance was full of ceremonial vibes. We chose two set menus and added four fresh oysters, along with a zodiac-themed cocktail and a zodiac cake. The starry dinner set included a starter salad, handmade pasta, a signature main course, and dessert, all for $398 per person. Starter Salad My best friend especially loved the tomato and buffalo mozzarella salad. The buffalo mozzarella was smooth and paired perfectly with the tomatoes! Salt-Grilled White Eel I personally love white eel, and the thick slices had an amazing texture. The skin was crispy, the meat tender, and the simple salt-grilling brought out the best flavors! Handmade Pasta We opted for the sea urchin handmade egg noodles. The pasta had a chewy texture, and the sauce was rich and flavorful. Our signature main courses included: Braised Beef Cheek in Red Wine Sauce with French Mashed Potatoes The beef cheek was slow-cooked in red wine, making the meat tender and soft. Paired with smooth French mashed potatoes, the dish had a rich and layered texture. Charcoal-Grilled M7 Wagyu Ribeye Steak This Wagyu ribeye steak was charcoal-grilled to perfection, with a crispy exterior and tender interior. The meat was incredibly fresh and flavorful, with an aroma that filled the air! Dessert Finally, we had the homemade classic Italian cheesecake. It melted in the mouth, had a subtle coffee aroma, and was perfectly sweet—an absolutely satisfying end to the meal. We also added zodiac-themed cocktails, which were visually stunning, and a zodiac cake to celebrate the birthday. The ceremonial vibes were off the charts!
