Excellent soft souffle pancakes

Had them before and thought they were good. This time, came with family for lunch on a holiday. The restaurant’s decor is simple and comfortable, with tasteful arrangements. The staff are polite and attentive. Arrived around 12:30 pm, and the seating was already more than half full. The menu mainly features Western light meals: pasta salads, burgers and fries, all-day breakfast, and more. This time tried the pan-seared sirloin steak 🥩 with mushroom sauce and wide noodles. Ordered Medium Well, the steak was perfectly cooked, juicy and not dry, with a nice charred flavor. The mushroom sauce was rich but not too salty, overall quite good, though the portion was a bit small. Roast spring chicken 🍗 salad served with 🧇 waffles and honey mustard sauce. The roast chicken seasoning was a bit mild, the meat quality was acceptable, not too tough but lacked juiciness. It tasted better with the honey mustard sauce. The waffles were a pleasant surprise, freshly made, hot and crispy outside, soft inside. Simply paired with honey 🍯 was the best combination. Onsen egg with pesto 🥓 bacon risotto. A very unique combination. The bacon was savory and salty, paired with the egg yolk. The sauce was rich but not too thick. The risotto was cooked just right, with a good bite and not too mushy 😋. For dessert, highly recommend this 🥞 Banoffee Crème Brûlée Pancake. Both the appearance and taste are equally appealing. The top layer has caramelized crispiness paired with vanilla custard sauce. The pancake has a strong egg flavor, soft and airy. Served with banana 🍌, strawberry 🍓, and a little bit of toffee sauce.
