You can enjoy authentic Taiwanese beef noodles in Hong Kong

Last time I went to Taiwan, I didn’t have time to eat beef noodles. So I’m making up for it here in Hong Kong first 🍜 At Moko in Mong Kok, Duan Chun Zhen has even crossed over with Sunrise Tea. The crunchy wheat greens 🥬 are delicious. Salt and pepper chicken Bigger than expected, these are fried chicken pieces, not nuggets. Quite crispy with juicy meat inside 🐤, a pleasant surprise. Garlic old-style Taiwanese sausage Taiwanese sausage already has a garlic aroma 🧄, and with added garlic bits, it’s absolutely elevated. There’s also some pickled vegetables on the side. Signature braised beef shank noodles The beef shank is well-flavored and tender 🐂 with three large pieces. The broth is rich and fragrant without being too salty. I chose handmade noodles, which are thicker, chewy, and have a nice bite. Rich chicken stew noodles This one comes with thin noodles that soak up the soup well 🍜. The broth is relatively clear. The stew uses a whole chicken thigh, and the meat is very tender. So happy. For drinks, I chose the signature pearl milk tea and the soft and chewy classic milk tea 🧋. The soft and chewy classic milk tea has not only pearls but also grass jelly inside. There are also options like slushies, coffee, lattes, fruit specials, and creamy specials.
