Let me take you for an exclusive tasting first～ The new store has 44 bar seats, and the kitchen features an open design, allowing you to watch the hamburger steaks being grilled up close. "Niku Niku Da Bei" is operated by a Japanese restaurant company, so the ingredients are sourced from Japan. The hamburger steak meat is a blend of Kyushu black wagyu and American beef, grilled fresh daily. They use freshly milled Japanese Tohoku "Koukou" rice and fresh Japanese eggs every day. Besides the original and cheese-flavored hamburger steaks, this summer they are also launching a limited-time "Avocado Tartar," with slightly sweet avocado paired with the rich meaty aroma of the hamburger steak, offering a refreshing taste with a hint of savory flavor.
