There's a hidden gem café on Gough Street that just opened 6 days ago! No Tilte uses Capital George's world champion pour-over coffee beans, and the aroma alone is intoxicating～ The owner couple is super enthusiastic and will recommend beans based on your preferred acidity and bitterness. It was my first time tasting Yirgacheffe with a peach fragrance, and the finish has a caramel sweetness, bursting with layers of flavor! The walls are decorated with championship competition posters, and the bar is filled with pour-over equipment. The filter papers are all imported from Japan～ I tried both the cold brew and pour-over; the cold brew made with Ethiopian beans surprisingly has a grapefruit freshness, while the pour-over Colombian beans have a rich dark chocolate flavor, completely refreshing my perception of coffee!
