The Iberico Pork Collar is surprisingly sweet and fresh, while the Australian M9 Wagyu Meatballs are juicy and bouncy, holding their own against the Wagyu. 🦪 Seafood Selection The seafood platter is generously packed with whole abalone, scallops, oysters, eel, and more—all incredibly fresh and sweet.
