"Nathan Road Celebration Must-Try Restaurant"

For dinner, we came to Homeland on the 19th floor of 726 Nathan Road because I found this restaurant highly recommended for its dessert plating in a food group on Facebook. Tuesday night was really crowded, and we were lucky to get a table without a reservation. The menu has a wide variety of choices, all very tempting! Especially the set meals, which are great value. But we just wanted to try a few dishes to test the quality. Black Truffle Porcini Mushroom Soup Not very creamy, but you can taste bits of mushroom meat, with a strong mushroom aroma. Mediterranean-style Fresh Clams and Mussels with Sourdough Bread My boyfriend ordered this because he wanted mussels, and we were surprised by the generous portion when it arrived. The mussels were large, and the clams were very fresh and sweet!! The tomato sauce base was very flavorful, even I, who usually don’t like tomato sauce, couldn’t stop eating it! French Escargot with Mashed Potatoes The escargot meat was chewy and had a good bite, and the mashed potatoes were smooth and fragrant. It was enough to serve as a main dish. Half Boston Lobster with Mido Truffle Fettuccine The half-melted cheese made the lobster taste even richer, with bits of crab roe adding texture. The fettuccine was cooked just right—soft but with a good bite—and each strand was infused with truffle aroma. There are many drink options, including healthy floral teas. My iced honey red date tea was just the right sweetness. They offer dessert plating here, and it’s really beautifully and thoughtfully done. Every table was surprised when they saw the dessert! But since we walked in, the desserts were sold out. The dessert plating service requires two days’ advance notice with the restaurant. Celebrating here with this dessert would be a 10/10 surprise! The waiter told us that the Tsuen Wan and Mong Kok branches have an early bird discount: if you leave before 7 PM on weekdays, you get 20% off the entire bill. Definitely need to find a chance to come back! Homeland (Mong Kok) 19th Floor, 726 Nathan Road, Mong Kok #cheesecakew
