Triple Melon Souffle Pancake ($128) The pancakes have melon-flavored cream, strawberry pulp and vanilla seed custard sauce. The pancakes are very fluffy and full of egg flavor. You can smell the rich egg and melon flavor with every bite. The honeydew melon flavor of the cream is very sweet but not too sweet, and the vanilla seed custard sauce goes well with the honeydew melon flavor. Cookie smoothie ($52) This smoothie completely ruined my impression and rating of the restaurant. When the smoothie hasn't melted yet, it has no cookie taste at all.
