Mid-Autumn Festival in Tai O: Lantern Viewing and Decoration

Every year during the Mid-Autumn Festival, the residents of Tai O hang lanterns all around the village🏮. At night, all the lanterns are lit, making it the most distinctive Mid-Autumn Festival lantern display in Hong Kong👍🏻. The best place to enjoy the view is Shek Tsai Po Street in Tai O. Besides the usual lanterns, the locals here also hang big moons🌙, various rabbit-shaped lanterns, and other interesting lantern designs🏮. The residents of Tai O also make and sell different snacks and drinks. You can buy some snacks and drinks, stroll around while admiring the lanterns🍧🥤.
