Kowloon Shangri-La

Choosing to stay at Kowloon Shangri-La for a family trip was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is located by the waterfront in Tsim Sha Tsui East, close to the MTR station, making transportation convenient. There are many family-friendly attractions nearby, such as the Avenue of Stars and the Cultural Centre. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with excellent views, allowing us to enjoy the day and night scenery of Victoria Harbour, which excited the children greatly. The hotel provided child-specific amenities and even gave a welcome gift, which felt very thoughtful. The breakfast buffet was abundant and suited both adults and children’s tastes, and the restaurant staff were especially friendly to kids. We also used the fitness and swimming pool facilities, which were well-equipped and clean. Overall, the service level was high; it is a hotel that is both luxurious and family-friendly, making it very suitable for families. We will definitely choose this place again next time we come to Hong Kong.
