Island Shangri-La Hotel

The overall experience of staying at the Island Shangri-La Hotel was excellent. The hotel is located at Pacific Place in Admiralty, with convenient transportation directly connected to the MTR and shopping mall, making it very easy to go out with children. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with excellent views overlooking Victoria Harbour or Victoria Peak. The kids really enjoyed watching the scenery by the window. The hotel thoughtfully prepared children's slippers, toothbrushes, and small gifts for the kids, showing attention to detail. The indoor heated swimming pool is clean and safe, perfect for family fun. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, both Western and Chinese, and the staff pay special attention to the needs of children. The overall service is first-class, and the environment is elegant, making it an excellent choice that combines family-friendliness with luxury, leaving our whole family with wonderful memories.
