Fresh sea urchin generously spread on top, each bite is incredibly rich and flavorful~ The sauce is made with crab meat and sea urchin, smooth and sweet, bursting with umami! 🍝 🍟 Fries with avocado dip—bet you didn’t see that coming! The dip is mixed with sour cream, making it super appetizing. The fries are fried to a perfect crisp, 🥑 and the avocado puree is whipped to a creamy texture. Together, it’s a delightful mix of salty, savory, and creamy goodness!
