Bamboo Shoot Shrimp Dumplings and Goji Berry Siu Mai Beautifully colored, large-sized, with thin wrappers and plenty of filling. The shrimp is firm and bouncy, truly impressive. The main dish is Guizhou Sour Soup Braised Noodles, with a tangy soup base. The noodles soak up all the soup, delivering just the right sour and spicy taste. Finally, there’s a red bean paste dessert, soft and smooth with a rich fragrance! This visit cost: $398, plus 10% service charge.
