Their precious craftsmanship is at risk of being lost due to mechanized production challenges over time... Recently, I passed by a hidden social enterprise shop in North Point 🧡 Time to Gold Pastry Time 🧡 During the Dragon Boat Festival, we all want to support social enterprises by enjoying delicious food while also promoting employment for women and the elderly! 👍 The restaurant also has photo spots: rotary dial phones from the 70s-80s ☎️, old-fashioned fans, kettles, and sells traditional Hong Kong pastries! Grilled tempeh with honey mustard sauce in a gua bao I wanted to try their new product recently. Tempeh is made from fermented soybeans, rich in nutrients including protein and vitamin B12, a healthy vegetarian choice. Paired with fresh tomatoes, lettuce, honey mustard sauce, and gua bao, it offers a rich texture!
