In the Central area, skewers at $10 each are quite a bargain, so we came to dine. It turns out the restaurant offers a wide variety of food choices, including skewers, salads, snacks, mains, and desserts. This time, we ordered some dishes from almost every category. At first, I thought the $10 skewers wouldn’t be of great quality, but the salt-grilled Spanish pork belly was surprisingly tender and bouncy, with a slightly charred aroma. The coriander 🌿 shredded chicken hand-grabbed pancake 🫓 is a must-order for coriander lovers! The pancake is crispy on the outside and soft inside, filled with lots of coriander, giving a refreshing taste. The shredded chicken is slightly spicy and very flavorful. Among all the dishes, my favorite is the Hong Kong-style honey toast with ice cream 🍦. The toast is drenched in honey 🍯 and very fluffy.
