Xiao Cao Shi Baguai in Yau Ma Tei combines traditional and creative Hong Kong-style steamed rice and stone pot rice noodles, as well as a series of snacks and skewers. The prices are affordable, making it a restaurant with a very high CP value in the area and a good place for my late-night snack. 🐟 Spicy Sichuan Peppercorn Crispy Fish Skin $42 The crispy cold fish skin has the aroma and numbing sensation brought by Sichuan peppercorns, and is rich in layers.
