Originally available at K11 in Tsim Sha Tsui, it is now available at Hysan Place in Causeway Bay. Since it was my first time eating there, I ordered SLOW COW's signature combo. You can choose your own meat + main course + sauce + homemade cream, and you can add more ingredients to make it more rich. 🐮Slow Cooked Beef (HKD 122) Increase the amount of meat 👉 120g has 12 slices (+HKD 28), and add a Lan Wangsheng egg yolk (+HKD 6) It is super fragrant when mixed with rice. If you want every grain of rice to be covered with egg yolk, it is recommended to reduce the rice to be just right. The mature + slow-cooked meat is full of meaty aroma and gravy in every bite, and the meat is super tender and not dry. The sauce I chose was a slightly sweet red wine teriyaki sauce, which goes well with beef. 🐮Slow Cooked Beef (HKD 94) Without meat, it has 90g. The main dish is pearl white rice, but you can pay more to change it. Garlic soy sauce fried rice (+HKD 6) is very garlicky and not greasy, and it is a very delicious fried rice. The sauce is mustard seed gravy, which is slightly spicy but not very prominent. In addition, the small ball of homemade cream is sweet, and it is recommended to mix it with rice for a better blend.
