Last weekend I went to Causeway Bay and had afternoon tea~ It was Hysan. There is a Japanese restaurant with a very stylish and refined feel inside. It has wooden decoration and a good environment. You can eat slowly without rushing, chat and have some snacks. It's all good. The afternoon tea portion is mini but still filling.
