Hong Kong Restaurant Exploration | Authentic Chaoshan cuisine with a strong wok flavor

🌟 This Chaoshan restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui is very well decorated and it is eye-catching! When I passed by, I was attracted by its door and couldn't help but stop. When we walked in, we found that every table had ordered the signature Typhoon Shelter Spicy Crab. The four of us ordered a deluxe spicy crab set meal for 4 people. The set meal includes their top dishes: the popular Typhoon Shelter Spicy Crab, the signature explosive oyster cake, the Five Blessings Braised Pork Platter, Agaricus Murill Stewed Conch Soup, Garlic Salty Chicken, Stir-fried Pork Loin with Seasonal Vegetables, Hometown Fried Fish Noodles, and Peach Black Vinegar Pork Ribs. 🦀 The spicy crab tastes very pleasantly surprised, and the chef in charge is the first generation of the spicy crab chef under the bridge. The boss, Brother Xiang, was very enthusiastic and proudly introduced his signature dishes. Only dishes with a strong wok aroma can be called authentic stir-fried dishes. A must-order dish when you come to Jinfan! The crabs are huge, and the crab legs are full of meat. After being stir-fried in a large iron pan, the shell of the crab legs becomes crispy. With a light bite, the spicy aroma of garlic, chili and the sweetness of crab meat rush into your mouth. It is so delicious and worth a try!
