Prince | Tokyo Street Japanese Cuisine | Highly affordable Japanese food

This time I was looking for food in Prince Edward and went to a Japanese restaurant located in the food street on Sai Yeung Choi Street South 🙈. The environment is decorated in Japanese style, with Japanese paintings on the walls as decoration. There are two dining areas in total. The food selection is diverse and the sushi is affordable🤩, so I ordered several dishes. - 💥Hot Spring Egg Sashimi Salad HKD$68, this one looks attractive with bright colors, the sashimi is diced, so it has a rich taste. The sashimi is ruddy in color and tastes sweet and refreshing🤤. The sauce tastes sour and appetizing, and the aroma of mustard slowly spreads. The salad portion is quite large and tastes fresh. - 💥Sesame chicken wings HKD$48, this one comes with three pieces, and they look golden yellow. The chicken wings are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with the meat tender and a little juicy. The seasoning is moderate, not too salty, and not greasy. - 💥Sushi of your choice starts from HKD$15. Most of the sushi are ordered in pairs. We ordered several dishes, including salmon belly, Canadian sea urchin, fresh octopus, hamachi, whole clams, mango flower love, peony shrimp, scallop sweet shrimp love and grilled eel. The ingredients are fresh and the taste is sweet, and it tastes even better when eaten with soy sauce😚. - Gunkan ordered radish with scallions and spicy salmon, which were wrapped in seaweed for a richer texture. These two dishes are also seasoned, so you can eat them directly without soy sauce🙈. The scallion and radish paste has a soft and smooth texture, and the spicy salmon is quite flavorful. - 💥Sukiyaki HKD$98, this has three soup bases, I chose the Hell Soup, and white rice is included with the meal. Sukiyaki has rich ingredients, including beef, scallops, tofu, enoki mushrooms, Naruto rolls, potato starch and baby cabbage. The soup base tastes spicy and tasty, and the food tastes delicious when inhaled into the soup😆.
