Waso Cafe in Hong Kong offers delicious dim sum, and even though it's a chain, it maintains a certain standard. Just look at the crowd waiting in line. During my overnight stay in Hong Kong, I specifically went to a branch near my hotel for breakfast. After taking a number, I only had to wait about ten minutes before being called, which was quite fast. The environment is typical of a Hong Kong-style tea restaurant, with small, cramped seating, but you get used to it. We ordered scallion oil pork chop noodles, egg salad sandwich, salted beef bun, signature pineapple bun, and iced milk tea. Although the food is authentically Hong Kong-style, it's a bit greasy and heavy, so a cup of iced milk tea helps to balance it out. The atmosphere at Waso Cafe is very Hong Kong, quite classic and local. Despite being small and cramped, the environment is bright, and the dim sum is exquisite and flavorful, making it a great choice for trying something new.

Recently, I discovered a reasonably priced Japanese shop near Long Ping Station in Yuen Long—Chi! If you love Japanese anime and food, this place is a good choice. Upon entering the store, you will see a large anime poster on the wall, featuring many famous anime characters 😍, including classic characters from One Piece, Demon Slayer, Dragon Ball, and more. Anime fans can enjoy their meal while appreciating the artwork 😍. Snack Series: Hida Wagyu Croquette It's my first time trying Wagyu croquette. The chef carefully cuts the croquette into strips for easy consumption. The crispy exterior and tender interior, combined with the delicate and smooth mashed potatoes and Wagyu beef, create a unique texture and flavor. Grilled Series: Whole Grilled Squid A large squid tube, high in protein, with a firm and elastic texture. It's not overly dry and pairs well with the special sauce, making it a perfect match for drinks. Set Meal Series: Saikyo Grilled Flounder Set Meal You can add $10 to switch to cat rice/ochazuke/soup udon. On a cold day, I chose ochazuke. I personally prefer ochazuke because the rice absorbs the essence of the soup, maintaining a bit of hardness and texture, making it more delicious! The set meal presentation is full of Japanese style, simple yet thoughtful. Two large flounder fillets, quite a bargain for the price. The meat is tender, and the skin is crispy, offering two textures for one price. Special Dish: Okonomiyaki The okonomiyaki is topped with a long strip of grilled pork, plenty of bonito flakes, and seaweed, making it look very impressive 😍. The okonomiyaki contains a lot of shredded vegetables, making it healthy and less greasy, so you won't feel overly full after eating. Although this is my first visit to this tofu shop, I have often heard about the famous 'Yee Heung' from friends since I live in this area. All the tofu products sold here are homemade, and on holidays, you even have to queue up. The tofu products have a unique flavor that you can't usually find, which might be a nostalgic feeling. Those who love tofu will probably enjoy it a lot. The flower milk tofu pudding is also good, with just the right amount of sweetness. Shops like this are becoming increasingly rare.

The park, Butterfly Bay Beach, and barbecue area are connected, with clear water and fine sand, giving a bit of a Hawaiian feel. You can basically spend the whole day here. Nearby snack stalls or markets sell barbecue supplies. If you walk along the seaside, you can reach Tuen Mun Waterfront Park and other shopping malls, perfect for taking photos.

If you get hungry, there is also a vegetarian restaurant to fill your stomach. A day spent wandering, looking around, and taking photos can be very refreshing.
